The accommodation is located in a small town near Bezděz Castle, Houska Castle, Kokořín Castle, Lake Mácha, Bělá swimming pool... and many other tourist attractions. A short distance from the accommodation is also a leisure area, which includes a mini zoo, an in-line track, a large playground, a lookout tower and a restaurant. The space The place is located on the outskirts of the town of Bělá pod Bezdězem in the valley between the Bělá forests. The Paterovské stráně natural monument was declared in 2017 in the vicinity of the demolished Páterov chateau on the slopes of the Bělá river valley on the eastern edge of the town of Bělá pod Bezdězem in the Mladá Boleslav district in the Central Bohemian Region. It covers an area of 31.2544 hectares between the local parts of Podolí, Čistecký Důl, Páterov and Šubrtov. The natural monument consists of three separate parts that are not too far apart. The first (northern) part protects the eastern slopes of the Vrabčí rokle gorge and the northern slopes of the Vlčí důl (valley of the Bělá river in the lower part of Podolí) above Páterovská street to the former Páterov chateau. The second (southern) part protects the opposite slopes on the southern side of the valley, above Pražská Street, including part of one of the side dry ravines. The third and smallest (eastern) part is located on the same side of the valley between Pražská and Papírenská streets and includes both another of the side ravines without a watercourse and a hill with an elevation of 271 m above Papírenská street. These two parts extend to a greater extent into the cadastral area of Čistá near Mladá Boleslav. The territory more or less overlaps with the site of European importance of the same name.
