You share the property with 5 cabins and several campsites. Fishing? Full of bass, mullet, catfish and other native species. 30.00 furry family member fee due upon arrival. 30.00 per pet Property boasts the largest water front in area, over 1000 ft wide, and a floating dock for boats and swimming. Snorkel or scuba through the underwater canyons of limestone and other natural features. Wildlife abounds in the area! The Spring House is newly remodeled in late 2018 completely new bedding and furniture, and offers internet/WiFi. The woodwork inside the house is amazing. Nearby local, state and private parks offer unique swimming areas, the "blue hole", and tubing as well. There are many springs and natural features right on the river here to enjoy. Campfire pit and seating (three huge logs in a semi circle) on premises too. Get your marshmallows ready... No CHECK INS AFTER 7 pm at this location Guest access As a guest of Bowman’s River Landing Spring House you would have access to all 12.5 acres on site and 1600 acres across river! Other things to note -All of our cabins/house are non-smoking -firewood is for sale -We love how excited our guests are to come but please understand we want your cabin to be clean and ready for your arrival and 3pm is our check in time. -We do have wild animals on our property and they will smile for your pictures. Just ask upon arrival when and where is the best place to capture their smiles. -There are stairs to climb to reach the Spring House
