Secluded Getaway w/ Pool and private porch

Our Pool House is separate from the main house with it's own private back porch and parking. We’re pet friendly w/ large dog doors and fenced yard. We’re located 2 miles from I-4 (exit #114), 5 miles to Stetson University/Downtown Deland, 20 miles to Daytona Speedway, 27 miles to both Daytona & New Smyrna Beaches and 4 miles to Blue Springs State Park. Whether you're looking for a quiet time alone or a weekend getaway to stay and see Central Florida.... this is it! The space The 1,080 sq ft pool house has an open floor plan with one bedroom, one bathroom and the open area has the living room, kitchen and pool table. The bedroom has a comfy King Size bed, small end table and dresser in the closet with some hangers. The living room has a 65” Smart Samsung TV (Netflix and Hulu are included). It’s furnished with a leather couch, ottoman and leather recliner for your relaxation. There is also a small desk in the corner for your laptop. The house has a pool table, ping pong table, puzzles and some board games. The Kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to cook your meals; However it does NOT have an oven. There is a hot plate with two burners, Wok, electric skillet, air fryer, microwave, toaster, Keurig (both drip & k-cups), small bullet for smoothies, etc. and dishwasher. The bathroom is supplied with bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, travel size shampoo, conditioner, lotion and a hair dryer. There will also be a few rolls of toilet paper for your arrival. The unit includes a full size washer and dryer for your use. The private screened porch in the back has a table and propane grill. Take the Bluetooth speaker (located in the living room) out on the porch and listen to your favorite music while grilling or enjoying the private back porch area. The huge pool is available year round for your use. We include pool towels for convenience. The pool area is shared; The only off limits space is the covered porch on the main house. The pool is NOT heated but has the option to do so. Feel free to contact us for more details if interested. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire pool house. The pool area is shared. The covered area under the main house roof is off limits. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES!!! Other things to note *Liability Waiver: You understand that the use of the pool and surrounding areas are at your own risk. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming in the pool and hold the owner harmless. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any incidents or accidents you or additional members of your party may incur. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from using the pool and surrounding areas. By booking a reservation, you are acknowledging and confirming that you and those in your party have read, understand and will adhere to this liability waiver as a binding and enforceable contract between guests and host.
