Beautiful new one bedroom with river valley view

We just finished construction on this beautiful custom one bedroom home and we are excited to share. Natural hardwood floors and tile throughout create a warm and inviting place to relax after a long day of exploring our beautiful coastline. Located just two miles from Blue Lake and five miles from Arcata, we are in a perfect location. The weather is warmer than the coast and the house has incredible views of the Mad River valley. The space A chef's kitchen features custom concrete and butcher block counter tops. The bedroom has a new king size bed and there is a 55" TV in the living room connected to high-speed cable internet. The bathroom has tile flooring with radiant heat. The 750 square foot house is located above a garage that is reserved for the owners' use. The private entrance with a separate parking area is on the opposite side of the garage from our house which is located on the lot next door. While we do allow dogs, we are not able to host cats. This is due to a severe allergy. We do not have a fenced yard attached to this house. Guest access The guests will have exclusive use of the entire upstairs house.
