Welcome to Sunrise Sunset! Our rustic off grid cabin sits on 5.6 acres. The cabin is powered by solar panels, wind and there is also a back up generator if needed. The cabin has 750 gallons of stored rain water collection. It offers a 300 degree Mountain View as you can see Mt Mitchell and Roan Mt. It’s very quiet and secluded with very few neighbors. So come connect with nature, enjoy the wildlife and breath taking views at Sunrise Sunset! “Star gazing at its best with a million dollar view!” The space Off grid cabin. 500 watts of solar and 1600 watts of wind. It’s set up to run lights, mini refrigerator, 50 inch TV, microwave, coffee maker and water pump (you can hear the water pump when in use). The cabin has an on demand hot water heater. Gas grill with burner and a separate two burner gas cook stove. No oven. Outdoor wood smoker and a wood fire pit to create your own wood fired meals (our favorite). Please do not drink the water, bottle water is provided to drink and to use in the coffee maker and such! The cabin has two bedrooms and one bath with running toilet and inside oversized shower. 10x20 Covered front porch to soak in all the Mountain View’s. Remember you’re off grid so please don’t waste the power or water! Use what you need and you’ll have plenty of it. Enjoy the off grid experience!
