Home Truths: - The communal pool is seasonal and is only open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Please note that there is no lifeguard on duty. - Whidbey Island is home to a naval air base. On a few weekdays each month (and occasionally in the evening), you may hear loud flight training. The Navy does not conduct training on weekends or holidays and typically publishes the schedule one week in advance. Parking Details: One assigned parking space.
