Camp David in the heart of the PA Elk herd

This cabin sets on three private acres and is located on the Bennett Branch of the Sinnemahoning Creek in the heart of the Pennsylvania elk herd where you don’t have to go far at all to see the elk. When staying here you will have a very good chance of elk passing through the yard as well as many other animals. At the foot of the driveway is the local swimming hole where everyone brings their coolers and chairs, or you can pick out a rock and enjoy the sun and water as well as fish or kayak. The space At the cabin you may relax and lounge on the 10’ X 24’ front porch, enjoy a campfire at the fire pit, toss some horses, and the kids can enjoy the swings. If you have a quad, you’re able to ride them from the cabin up over Winslow Hill Road to the Elk View Center and into the town of Benezette. Guest access When staying at Camp David you have full access to the entire cabin as well as the full private three acres that the cabin sets on, plus full access to the kitchen and all its accessories. Guest will also have access to the swings and a horseshoe pit. Other things to note 1) You will be supplied with one gallons of water for cooking and coffee, the well water is suitable for showering, washing dishes, brushing your teeth. 2) Bathroom; toilet paper, towels, wash clothes, hand towels, and hairdryer (you must supply your toothbrush, soap, hair products, etc.). (Bath towels are not to be used at the creek) 3) Kitchen; coffee maker, Keurig, electric skillet, microwave, crockpot, toaster, 1-roll paper towels, as well as pots, pans, and dish towels. 4) Outside fire pit; we offer the fire pit and octagon picnic table only, you will need chairs, hotdog/marshmallows stick, and of course firewood (there are many places to purchase firewood along Rt 555 on your way to the cabin). 5) Creek; you may want to pack bathing suits, beach towels, cooler, chairs, floaties, etc. 6) I can go over hiking, biking, and quad riding with you when we are able to contact each other. 7) There are chairs on the front porch for lounging. (These chairs are not to leave the porch and be used at the firepit do to sparks from the fires)
