Charming apartment in the center of the city

The 43 m2 apartment, renovated in early 2026, is centrally located at the foot of the Schlossberg, about 5 minutes from the city park, and can accommodate up to four guests (pull-out sofa). It is an ideal starting point to get to know Graz - all sights and universities are easily accessible. The accommodation is very conveniently located, in the immediate vicinity there are bus and tram stops, restaurants and supermarkets. Bakery and cafe are right around the corner. The space The accommodation consists of a living/bedroom with a comfortable bed and a sofa bed. A total of 4 people will find maximum space. The dining table can also be extended to four seats if necessary. The floor consists of real wood planks. A fully equipped kitchen completes the perfect living experience. In the bathroom, a washer-dryer is available for guest use, as well as an iron and ironing board. Of course, the accommodation has Wi-Fi. Other things to note The city of Graz charges a €2.50 overnight and tourist tax per person per night. This is not included in the price and must be paid in cash on site.
