Charming apartment in the center of the city

The 43 m² apartment, renovated in early 2024, is centrally located at the foot of the Schlossberg, about 5 minutes from the city park and can accommodate up to four guests (sofa bed). It is an ideal starting point to get to know Graz - all sights and universities are easily accessible. The property is very conveniently located, in the immediate vicinity are bus and tram stops, restaurants and supermarkets. A bakery and café are just around the corner. The space The accommodation consists of a living/bedroom with a comfortable bed and a sofa bed. A total of 4 people will find maximum space. The dining table can also be extended to four seats if necessary. The floor consists of real wood planks. A fully equipped kitchen completes the perfect living experience. In the bathroom, a washer-dryer is available for guest use, as well as an iron and ironing board. Of course, the accommodation has Wi-Fi. Other things to note The city of Graz charges a €2.50 overnight and tourist tax per person per night. This is not included in the price and must be paid in cash on site.
