A Queen-size Bed on articulating frame, upstairs, with walk-in closet and a large shower in your private bathroom Guest access Fully Equipped Kitchen: Fuel your intellectual pursuits with delicious homemade meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. The modern appliances, ample counter space, and essential cookware. During your stay Bob lives at this property. From Bob - I am 80 years old and practice law as a sole practitioner from my house. I walk with a limp using a cane. I don’t drive much and get around on a motorized tricycle. I do my own cooking and laundry, etc. and work at my desk in the living room or watch TV in the downstairs bedroom where I sleep. I’m quiet and rarely have visitors. The guest will have the bedroom upstairs for his/her own use. You will have access to the kitchen to prepare and eat food as needed and can use my cutlery and other kitchen equipment. You will be required to clean up after using the kitchen. You can use the washing machine and dryer. Other things to note Outdoor Oasis: Take advantage of the pleasant surroundings and unwind in the serene outdoor space.
