Quiet studio 7 minutes from the A7 exit

Studio located less than 10 minutes from Valence and highway exit, you will be quiet in a pretty Drôme village, at the bottom of a cul-de-sac near a forest. The home sleeps up to 4 people (we recommend 3 adults maximum). Completely renovated in 2022, with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, equipped kitchenette, the studio is located on our property, with independent entrance to the accommodation. The space The studio is composed of a large room including sleeping arrangements, kitchen area, dining and/or work area. Separate bathroom with shower and toilet. The beds are composed of a sofa bed that converts into a large 160 cm bed with real mattresses, as well as 2 bunk beds. Sheets, pillows, duvet and duvet cover are provided Guest access The studio is located on our property, and you can easily park in front of the property, which is at the end of a private cul-de-sac. You will have access to the studio, as well as the immediate exterior surroundings of the studio (not the entire garden). When the address is provided to you, you will need to follow a route using any application other than Waze, which does not locate the accommodation correctly (use Google Maps, for example).
