Elegant small house surrounded by oaks

Sit back and relax high up among the oaks in this scenic spot with a lake view. A cozy house with all the comforts, heated floors and a terrace in three directions with several different seating areas. You can make the sofa bed and sleep in it (75x185). The bed (120 cm and works for two❤️❤️) is on a cozy loft with two windows overlooking Sågsjön where you can swim in the summer (100 m to the swimming area with rocks and about 400 m to the sandy beach + jetties). In winter, you can ice skate/ski on the lake. The space The balcony now has a glass railing that is not included in the older pictures. Other things to note Bed linens and towels are NOT included but are available for SEK 100 per person. Let us know in advance so we can have them ready. The loft has no railing (not suitable for small children). If necessary, you can check in as early as 2 p.m., but then we probably won't have had time to review the cleaning after the previous guest who checked out at 12 p.m. We will then fix what may not be ok when we get home around 5:30 pm.
