This classic 1950's cottage is just steps from the beach. No need to board your dog, we love our furbaby guests! We have 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a large, fully stocked eat-in kitchen, spacious living area, gated drive and fenced in yard with outdoor shower, grill, and patio. This quaint cottage was once home to the Jockey’s Ridge hang gliding instructors every summer for years. It has been newly renovated and refurbished and is just waiting to be your home away from home during your beach getaway. Our cottage has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a large, fully stocked kitchen and a spacious living room. We have wood floors throughout and surf decor give it that beachy vibe. The house is all on one floor, with just a few steps to the front door. Be Right Back is a delightful 3 bedroom, 2 bath oasis from your daily stress, mere steps from the beach. Our home is an excellent choice to vacation with its proximity to beaches, shopping, restaurants, arts, sightseeing, laser tag, mini golf, boating, fishing, bird watching, jet skiing, surfing, kite boarding, golfing, and eco tours. Enjoy coffee or drinks on the patio or walk to the beach, local restaurants, ice cream, shopping, & coffee shops. There is a fully equipped kitchen which includes dishes, cookware, cutlery, barware, & glassware for your every culinary need. Appliances include a blender, standard coffee maker, microwave, range and oven, and refrigerator/freezer. Included with your stay: ~ Linens & bath towels ~ Beach towels ~ High speed wireless internet ~ Smart TV (bring your accounts) ~ Parking for multiple cars ~ Propane grill (for outdoor use only) ~ Two propane tanks (let us know if one runs out so we can refill) ~ Beach toys We want you to have a wonderful, relaxing getaway in our Outer Banks home! Part of ensuring the same experience for everyone relies on the housekeepers, inspection personnel, and maintenance repair personnel being able to get the house in tip top shape for you and your family in-between renters. They do a fantastic job of making sure everything is done during a very short window. Check-out time is 10 am and departure instructions are included in your welcome letter. Check-in time is set for 4 pm to allow them the time they need to prepare the home for your arrival. We understand that there are times when you may request an early check-in time. We are happy to offer guaranteed early check-in if you have confirmed & paid for this additional service 2 weeks prior to arrival. This payment allows us to compensate our house staff for prioritizing our home for your early arrival at 1 pm. As a courtesy to our service vendors, we ask that you please do not park at the home, drop off personal items, or ask our vendors if the home is ready yet if you do not choose to coordinate a guaranteed early check-in.
