Kitchen is open plan & leads outside to the wrap around veranda as well as flows to cosy sitting room with TV. Adjoining this room is an open plan formal dining area. The house has a large seperate TV room with a 65 inch TV & a comfy reclining sofa. Large entrance hall & guest toilet. 4 double bedrooms, 3 with en-suites. Extra large Main bedroom with ensuite shower/bath & separate toilet. Dressing area with access to outside balcony overlooking garden. King size extra length bed & aircon/ceiling fan. Bedroom 2 - with large ensuite shower and walk in robe. Queen size bed & ceiling fan. Plenty of room to add an extra mattress if extra beds are needed. The booking will include our trusted Housekeeper Prudence, who will check in on our cat each weekday and if you require will make beds, do laundry and a general clean up for a small fee (your descretion).
