A kitchenette (fridge freezer, electric hob, range hood, dishwasher, microwave, filter and senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette machine and fondue machine) - A shower room with toilet and towel dryer. As well as an exposed terrace IS. 📍The residence is 7 kms from Barcelonnette and 30 minutes drive from the Italian border. 🎿 ski resorts: - Praloup: 20 mins (19kms) - Le Sauze: 10 mins (10kms) - Ste Anne: 18 mins (12kms) 🥐☕️ Possibility to have breakfast at the reception of the residence. Just book the day before. Price: €10 euros per person. Guest access Access to the aqualudique area consisting of a heated indoor pool, as well as a hammam.🏊‍♂️ Other things to note Possibility to rent linen kit (sheets and towels )and/or cleaning at extra cost. Possibility of personalized welcome (champagne, rose petals, etc...) rates on request. Accessible pool area: 10 am to 6:45 pm. Sauna: 1pm - 6:45 pm.
