The spacious room is located in a large house in the south of Dortmund. There is a large, natural garden that invites you to relax and linger. Within walking distance in about 5 minutes are the Phoenixsee and public transport stops. The location is ideal for extended cycling tours - be it cross-country or on the numerous signposted Ruhr cycle paths.
