If we are experiencing higher temperatures, the home will run warmer than the average home. We do have a fan or 2 in the unit. please refrain from putting thermostat to 68. - This property is located downtown: Road noise, sidewalk noise and you may even hear the bands play at the bar, Tidballs, right across the street. We do provide a noise machine in the bedroom to help! - If you are there during a Hot Rods baseball game you can sit on the front porch and see the firework show! Guest access You will have access to the AirBnB side of the home. The other side is a small, quaint event space. That is used for family dinners, small gatherings and meetings.
