The space This is new construction in a small neighborhood that is only a short walk up the hill from town. The apartment has views in all directions and a private balcony facing west over the historic Creede cemetery. Inside, you will find a clean apartment with a full kitchen and full size washer and dryer. All furniture is new and comfortable. The queen size bed is made up with a luxury mattress and quality linens. There is also a comfortable, quality queen sleeper sofa with a foam mattress for the kids or another couple. The kitchen is well-equipped and there is a BBQ in the garage. There is a Level 2 electric vehicle charger in the garage. The charger is equipped with a J1772 connector. Please advise upon booking if you will want to use the charger. The cost for use is $0.30 per kWh you use. Guest access The main house may be occupied. Please be considerate in using the shared space. Parking is off street and right in front of the apartment. Other things to note ATVs are not permitted on the streets in this neighborhood. So, if you have an ATV, it will need to be brought in and out of the neighborhood on a trailer. The WiFi is sufficient for streaming on electronic devices. There are two security cameras. One is on the front porch of the house looking at the front door and parking area and the other is on the back porch looking at the drive way and the front of the garage and the door to the apartment.
