Located adjacent to Notre Dame and Saint Mary’s College, the entire tri-campus area is within walking distance. Enjoy the paved bicycle/ walking trail that runs along the property. There are many of the areas best shopping and dining options nearby. Minutes away from the airport and downtown. The space There is a couch/futon and air mattress available only as options of convenience. The futon is in the primary bedroom. The air mattress is located in the hall closet on the main floor. Sheets are available for each in the laundry room. Extra pillows (and pillow cases) and blankets are located in the closets of each bedroom. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are available in each en suite bathroom as an option of convenience. Primary bathroom: Pantene shampoo/conditioner. Aveeno body wash. Secondary bedroom: Suave Professionals shampoo/conditioner. Aveeno body wash. Hair dryers are in each bathroom. Iron and small ironing board are located in the hall closet on the main level. Single car garage is available for designated parking if desired. It is important to note that the garage is narrow and will likely not a accommodate large vehicles. Parking in front of the property is available on a first come/first serve basis. Parking in grassy areas of the association complex is only available during home game weekends. Ceiling lighting in the secondary bedroom is associated with a ceiling fan. The fan portion of the light is currently not working. Ceiling fans have not been identified as an amenity.
