There will be a $35 fee for its use. This fee would ensure that you don't have to clean the grill before checkout. You will be responsible for obtaining propane to use the grill, but if the tank is full when you get there, feel free to use it. Guests that request this service, understand that they are using the grill at their own risk and that they are liable for any damage caused by it. PACKAGES DELIVERY • You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep, If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the door step. • Pricing for this house is based on 2 guests per bedroom, and $15 for each additional guest per night (only 2 extra guests are allowed).
