Maximum occupancy two. *This resort utilizes “floating inventory”, therefore, the suite is not assigned until shortly before the time of the guest check in. The photos in this listing are representative of the unit type as they are mostly uniform but not necessarily the exact unit you may be assigned. Guest access Guests must check in at the front desk. Present valid photo i.d and credit card for incidentals. If you are going to check in after hours please notify your host in advance. If you need a late check out please ask your host the day before check-out. *Environmental fee runs $25-$38 per day ( varies by room size ). This is a Government fee that is surcharged on the Island as a “tourist tax” in additional to your stay fees. The Resort collects this on behalf of the USVI Government and cannot be collected by AIRBNB Hosts. This fee is charged to your room, the resort puts a $250 hold on your card when you check in / refunding the difference at the end of checkout. *There is a daily energy fee of $25 assessed onsite. Other things to note *Please only bring environmentally friendly sunblock* *Bug Spray highly recommended* Sand Fleas are real, please take off your shoes when entering the condo and leave footwear at the door *highly suggested* & *highly recommend shower after beach days before getting into bed* *Patio doors should not remain open for a long period of time as it allows bugs into the room, no screen between condo and balcony just sliding glass door* Also please take trash out regularly* Thank you ! Margaritaville can experience high levels of Sargassum seaweed during June - Aug months . During periods of excessive seaweed, the beach will be cleaned daily, guests are encouraged to go to Coki Beach ( walkable just past Margaritaville ) has beach bar, restaurant, shops. *Shuttles are provided to Coki Beach & Sapphire Beach Club for free to Margaritaville guests.
