The space You will stay in a bright, modern studio apartment of about 30 m² – perfect for 1–2 people. The cozy box spring bed ensures a good night's sleep. In the fully equipped kitchen you can prepare warm meals, a dining table for two and a 40" TV with HD channels make it cozy. Wifi is of course at your disposal for free. The bathroom is private and has a sink, shower and toilet. Ideal for business trips or relaxing getaways. Guest access You use the place all by yourself – with your own entrance, bathroom, kitchen and living/sleeping area. The parking spot outside the house is also yours. 100% privacy – no contact with other guests. Other things to note The key is handed over contactlessly via a key box directly at the entrance. You will receive the code one day prior to arrival. No cleaning fee! Linens and towels are included. No washing machine available – if necessary, we are happy to help.
