Shopping & dining within walking distance. The space You will stay in a bright, modern studio apartment with about 30 m² – perfect for 1–2 people. The cozy box spring bed ensures a good night's sleep. In the fully equipped kitchen you can prepare hot meals, a dining table for two and a 40" TV with HD channels make it cozy. Wi-Fi is of course available free of charge. The bathroom is private and has a sink, shower and toilet. Ideal for business trips or relaxing short breaks. Guest access You will use the accommodation all alone – with your own entrance, bathroom, kitchen and living/sleeping area. The parking lot in front of the house is also yours. 100% privacy – no contact with other guests. Other things to note The key is handed over contactlessly via a key box directly at the entrance. You will receive the code one day before arrival. No cleaning fee. Linens and towels are included. No washing machine available – if necessary, we are happy to help. Check-in by appointment possible. Supermarkets, fast food, restaurants, cocktail bar, gas station, etc. are 150–500 m away. Bus stop about 15 min.Train station about 20 minutes' walk.
