This is our 2nd Airbnb at our same mountain top location overlooking Western Carolina University and Cullowhee NC. Listed as being in the top 1% of All Airbnb based on customer satisfaction. The apartment is a 1965 square foot 2-bedroom with a king-size bed in each bedroom. A full kitchen, a very large living dining kitchen area, a private patio, a gas log fireplace, huge TVs, and a jaw-dropping view of WCU and Cullowhee NC and yes a killer hot tub to soak in the view. The best of everything! The space 1900 Square foot apartment - 2 bedrooms with King size beds and 65” TVs - Full stocked kitchen - huge living room./ dining area with a large gas fireplace, overstuffed furniture, 100” TV with Cable channels, local channels, Amazon prime videos, and Youtube. Large private patio overlooking the Cullowhee Valley and Western Caroline University. Patio has a Hot Tub, BBQ grill, Teak wood furniture and an LED lit large umbrella. Overhead are party “ string lights” Enjoy the Mountain top ‘View Apartment” Guest access Private parking for to 4 cars, lighted pathway leads to the patio outside the apartment, coded door lock allows self check-in. The entire apartment is a self contained private apartment. There are no shared areas less our Mountain Air! Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: This a a 100% non smoking and non pet friendly property. No pets to visit and No smoking of any substance anywhere on the entire property to include outside areas. Simply non smoking and not pet friendly. Our mountain top location has two Airbnbs. The Studio apartment atop Catamount gap and the View apartment atop Catamount gap. To date each had a perfect 5.0 rating. To say we are proud of this is an understatement and we will do everything possible to assure you feel absolutely the same.
