An Independent house with 7 private rooms with attached washrooms. This is ROOM 2, for 2 adults in the ground floor. The room has one queen size bed. The room is attached with a bathroom that is fitted with Geyser for hot water and other required toiletries like shower gel, hand wash, towels and dental kit. The room is equipped with Air Conditioner (AC), TV, WIFI, a study table and a Wardrobe. The space FriendlyStay Elite- It is an individual house with 7 rooms and the room description is about one of the room that you are looking for stay. This property has 7 rooms with attached bathrooms. It can accommodate 2 guests minimum in each room.The property is in a residential area away from the noises of city traffic. 4 of the rooms are in the ground floor and 3 rooms in the first floor. There is an open terrace for guests to use. Car parking is available (1 inside the property) and few outside the main gate. Guests are requested to inform prior to avoid any inconveniences. This property is the last one on the street. Taxi’s & Auto’s run by OLA, UBER and Fast Track are available from the entrance of the property. The Care taker lives in the property. For guests who require home cooked food can check with our care taker to prepare the meal/tea/coffee etc… which will be chargeable. Restaurants are also available around and home, delivery option available through Zomato, Swiggy. Guests have access to common areas that include Living Room (Hall), Dinning & Terrace. Common amenities include Washing Machine & Iron Box and usage of them are free of cost. Required basic toiletries are kept in each room & Power Backup available for short power cuts (4-6 hrs.). Heavy electrical items will not function during power cuts and our locality is likely to have minimal power cuts. Drinking water available in the common area or in the kitchen (few rooms in this property have attached Kitchen). AIRPORT transfer available and chargeable. Local sightseeing or travel to other destinations, Currency exchange can be arranged. Guest access It is a residential area surrounded with houses. Away from the noise of vehicles etc.. A quiet and safe place to stay. Guests have access to the common areas within the property. Living Room/Hall, Dinning, Parking and Terrace are common to all guests. Washing machine is kept in the common area accessible for all guests. Our house is located in the southern part of the Chennai city. It is nearly 8 - 12 KM away from the airport and a safe place to stay. It is near to MIOT and SRI RAMACHANDRA hospitals. Shopping malls and Restaurants are available at a distance of 2-5 KM. Marina beach would be 20 KM away. DLF IT Park and Chennai Trade Center are at a distance of 5-6 KM. Places like T-Nagar, Guindy, other Shopping Malls are accessible within 2-12 KM's. Nearest Metro station is at Alandur. Chennai Central Railway station is around 22 KM away. Other things to note We the host do not stay in the property however our Care Taker stays in the property. If guest need anything we will do our best either though a phone call or will be available in the property at the earliest (Normally, it will take 5-10 min for us to reach the property). DIGITAL LOCK is provisioned in the property for guests to self-check-in. Instructions will be provided before arrival. Smoking inside the rooms are not allowed
