The SHAND house is uniquely centrally situated in the heart of Sidi Bou Saïd, in a very quiet street, close to all the shops and restaurants around and only 5 minutes walk from the beach and from the TGM train to Tunis. The house is very spacious and family friendly. One room (for 2 people) is included in the base price. Each added room is 50€ per night, you need to indicate in your request how many people you will be and how many rooms you will need in order to adjust your reservation. The space The house has a very modern design with a huge openspace in the center of the house with an open kitchen. All the rooms including the living room have a split system aircon. The house has a central heating system. A small garden is also part of the house with a sitting area. The house has also a rooftop terrace with a sea view and another nice sitting area to enjoy. Guest access The hole house is accessible to guests, rooms (depending on the number of rooms you need, please read the description for more info), living and dining room, garden and terrace. Only 2 rooms are closed as they are used to store the hosts private stuff. Other things to note Please note that the price comes with one suite and each additional room has an extra price. The total price will be adjusted according to each additional room.
