The space The name of the place is Kokkoranta. The property consists of two separate buildings. The upper villa has a bedroom with a double bed, a single bed and an extra bed. Access to the toilet, shower and sauna is both from the hallway and directly from the bedroom. The living areas are open and spacious. The floors are stone floors (underfloor heating). The living room has a corner sofa, TV, fireplace, air heat pump and a large oak dining table. The windows overlook both the lake and the field. The modern kitchen has stone countertops and views of the lake. The level of equipment in terms of dishes is good. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, stove and two refrigerator freezers, kettle, coffee maker, microwave and toaster. Drinking water is very high quality and fresh tap water from the municipality of Sastamala. The gas grill is on a large covered terrace with a large dining table for 12 people and views towards the lake. Kokkoranta's lakeside sauna is atmospheric. The sauna will have tap water, which is heated in a pot. The sauna is wood-heated. The beach sauna has a separate entrance. The room has a double bed, a bed chair, an air heat pump, a fireplace and a water tap (municipal tap water). Blackout curtains on the windows ensure good sleep. The hot tub is embedded in the terrace, right next to the lakeside sauna and the lake. The hot tub is rented separately for 275 e (1-3 days)/ 350 e (4-7 days) including filling the tub, wood, cleaning and disinfection. You have to heat the hot tub yourself. The hot tub is not available in winter. Kokkoranta has its own solar power plant and an electric car charging station. Guest access Kokkoranta is entirely for the private use of guests.
