A private and cozy villa located in neighborhood of Petitenget, Seminyak Created with comfort and design in mind. We aimed to create a space that we personally would love to stay in. Prime location with short walking distance to the beach, grocery stores, motorcycle rental, etc. This is the most strategic location for you to fully experience what Canggu and Seminyak has to offer. The space The villa consist with 2 buildings and 2 pools with total 6 Bedrooms (4 bedrooms and 2 bedrooms with connecting doors and additional one bedroom). Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The villa has 2 floors with 4 bedrooms on the first floor and 2 bedrooms on the second floor. The master bedroom has 2 queen beds. Make it comfortable for staying up to 14 people. The villa also offers you a great indulging paddy field view. Perfect for you to get that private, cozy feel of Villa life, while also be close to the nature. Our villa includes a dedicated GRO who will be pleased to assist you with any other request and help you to organize private car with driver, scooter rentals, day trips, taxi, restaurant reservations, laundry, babysitters, yoga instructors, massage/spa therapist and more. This villa is also baby friendly, we can organize baby cot, high chair or pool fence easily. Please text us with your specific requirements. NOTE: - Parking only limited to 2 Innova Car - The access road to the villa is narrow and suitable for cars up to the size of a Toyota Innova. - No smoking inside the villa. - We provide daily cleaning services. - Towel and bedsheet changing twice a week. - For monthly rent, electricity is not included in the price. (The guests have to pay the electricity) - For the monthly rent, we require a deposit of 10% of the total amount which will be refunded after check-out. - There is a security deposit of IDR 1,000,000 for the pet (refundable if there is no damage after check-out) Breakfast can be prepared by our staff upon request with extra costs, please give one day's notice. Guest access The entrance road to the villa is just beside the widely popular coffee shop called "Mannaka Bali". We provide a spacious parking lot enough for cars and motorcycles inside our venue, which is safe. The pedestrians around outside the entrance road is full of popular restaurants, shops, and bars, which makes it really enjoyable to just walk outside the villa. Other things to note Please note that Bali is a tropical destination, so you may occasionally encounter insects or small wildlife, particularly near gardens and open-air areas. From time to time, this can include geckos, ants, butterflies, birds, and other insects, this is a normal part of island life and these visitors are generally harmless. If anything makes you uncomfortable during your stay, please let us know right away and we’ll be happy to assist. Early Arrivals and Late Departures: - If you expect to arrive early in the morning and would like an immediate access to your room, we recommend booking the room for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. For the early check-in we will try to accommodate you but we couldn’t guarantee, it is subject to the villa availability. - Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access to your guest room until you depart. If you choose not to reserve, we will be glad to store your bags in villa till the time you need go to the airport. For the late check-out is subject to availability and may involve extra charge.
