Outside there is a front and back deck with propane bbq and patio set. Also in the backyard is a fire pit. Park up to 3 cars in the driveway. Other things to note Renters with stays of 30 days or longer will be provided with a rental agreement which will be required to be completed prior to arrival. When confirming your booking you will be emailed a rental agreement. - The name of whom the reservation is made is responsible for the conduct of everyone at the property during booking dates. - Please respect the neighbours and abide by the bylaws that limit noise to between the hours of 8AM to 11PM. - You will be provided with check-in instructions and a code for the keypad to unlock the front door. Upon check-out the keypad code is reset and no re-entry will be permitted. - When checking-out all windows and exterior doors must be locked. - All personal items and food must be removed upon check-out. - Smoking is not permitted inside the cottage. - Renters are liable for all damages and/or loss to the property caused by them or as a result if their negligence by anyone permitted on the property during their booking dates. - The property uses a septic tank and only bathroom tissue can be flushed down the toilet. All other materials should be disposed of in the garbage. Any issues resulting from misuse will be charged to the renter. - Please note that this property is a cottage located close to the beach in nature so you will see the occasional mosquito, spider or spider web and sand can be tracked inside after a day at the beach. Please sweep up sand that is tracked inside. Although the cottage has been fully renovated it is still located in nature and not in a city so these things do happen.
