Despite being an older property, our team works hard to keep the villas clean and well-maintained. However, due to the humidity, sun, and salty air in Playa del Carmen, older homes like these may require ongoing maintenance. If any issues arise during your stay, our team, led by Danny, is ready to address them promptly. If you are looking for a newer property, we have other listings available. However, if you appreciate the charm and character of an older home, the Los Castillos villas may be the perfect choice for your vacation. Someone will come to the house each morning to clean the pool except for Sundays. We are connected to Airbnb with API software and thus are responsible for damages at our home. This requires a security deposit of $1500usd fully refundable OR a $59 fee that is not refundable, outside of the Airbnb platform.
