Luminous and spacious two bedroom apartment in the Lower East Side. Really typical New York "tenement" building, with wooden floor, fire escape, etc. The immediate neighborhood is a gem. The space The flat has a spacious master bedroom with a queen size bed, a second bedroom with a simple bed that turns into a kingsize if need be, a bathroom, a nice luminous living room and a kitchen. What we love about this place is the bright light (the living room is facing south and we’re on the last floor), the plants, the extra space to do yoga together in the main bedroom, a fairly minimalistic decoration, the fire escape where we sit and read when it’s warm, the rooftop that we can access right above the appartment to have a drink around sunset. Aurelia and I live there, and we'll have the apartment professionally cleaned for you. This is definitely a place that has had a long earthly experience, so just be sure that you value the charm of a genuine New York experience over the colder comfort of a newly built hotel.
