Fjordhuset, Charming house, directly by the fjord!

This is an exceptional house by the fjord in Nordfjord. The house is equipped with all modern facilities, heating in all floors, large covered outdoor terrace, an exceptionally good atmosphere and a specially nice outdoor area that few places in Norway can offer. Dinner on the terrace while the sun sets in the west is more than amazing. The surroundings is exceptionally rich in hiking opportunities for all categories of mountaineers and hikers in both summer and winter. The space The house is on two floors with a common living room and kitchen on the first floor in addition to a large hallway and a spacious bathroom with washing machine. There is a large covered terrace with exit through double glass doors from the living room/kitchen. All floors on the first floor are with slate or tiles and with heating cables. There is also an oven for heating in the living room for coziness and extra heat if needed. The house is composed of a loghouse from the mid-19th century that was moved from a large farm on Lensvika in Trøndelag and rebuilt here and converted into a modern house in 2012. The outdoor areas facing the sea are sheltered from insight and peaceful. It is lovely to take a morning bath in the sea before breakfast on the terrace or at the table on the lawn. On the second floor there are bedrooms, TV area and a practical workplace with a fantastic view and connection to a separate screen and keyboard for a PC. The house has its own charm and atmosphere that just has to be experienced. In the boathouse there is a sauna with access directly to the sea for a cooling bath. Guest access You have access to the entire house and to the first floor of the boathouse with sauna. There are a total of 5 double beds and 5 bedrooms, where 2 of them are sleeping alcoves and the last bed is in an open room on the 2nd floor. Access to the boathouse and sauna must be agreed with the host Other things to note Regarding electric car charging; there is not a separate electric car charging outlet, but electric cars can of course be charged with a extension cord connected in the boathouse. There are plenty of extension cords available in the boathouse.
