Welcome to Kamala Beach, Phuket, Thailand. Located in a central location in the midst of Kamala is this large villa with walking distance to everything, Kamala Beach 4-5 minutes, lots of restaurants, bars, shops, pharmacies, and convenience stores around the corner. The villa is within an area called The Club Residence with a beautiful large pool and very child-friendly. The space The villa which is just over 200 SQM has in total of 5 bedrooms, 3 En Suite with comfortable double beds and 2 more bedrooms with sharing bath room. All bedrooms have air condition, fan and also a TV. In tho of the bedrooms there are also extra beds and in total you can comfortably stay 6 adults and 6-8 children/ adolescents. If you travel without children there are 5 bedrooms to share. The villa also have a spacious kitchen with dining area and a living area with a 55 Inch TV and musich system with direct access to a terrace and the pleasant pool area. Guest access The house has 2 levels and 3 different terraces, one adjacent to the pool are, another one is on the upper level which also has an outdoor kitchen with a BBQ . The third terrace is adjacent to the Master Bedroom on the lower level. Other things to note The rent includes cleaning 2 times a week, linen change once a week, water and electricity are also included in the rent. Free Wifi is also included.
