***IMPORTANT*** READ ALL SECTIONS This contemporary listing is located right off the Liguanea Plain and affords you a view of the beautiful Blue Mountain. It offers you the absolute peacefulness of a residential neighborhood with quick access to the city. For the business traveller, wi-fi connection, a comfortable work area and easy accessibility to the CBD. For families, cozy living area. For the vacationer, 10 mins to Bob Marley Museum, Devon House or 35 mins to Port Royal The space The apartment has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, full kitchen, living and dining room. It is a basement unit but enjoy a bit of the Blue Mountain View and backyard from the living/ dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals with a stove/ oven, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender, pots, pans, dishes, cooking utensils, etc. There is an additional bedroom that is given if your party comprises 3 or more guests. So if the space is booked for 1 or 2, you'll be given 1 bedroom. 3 - 4 and you'll receive 2 bedrooms, 2 queen beds. Similarly, as the number of guests increases, so too will the requisite number of beds be given. The maximum beds assigned for the full compliment of 5 persons are 2 queen beds & 1 twin bunk style bed. If you wish to access both bedrooms for only 2 guests, you will still need to select 3 guests or pay US$25 per person per night. A/Cs are located in the bedrooms and a fan is in the living/ dining area. However, the apt is located on a small rise above the Liguanea Plains and is therefore typically cool even during summer months. This is a basement unit but living/ dining rooms are located where there is a view. Guest access There are 4 individual units on the property that are in the same building, all with their own private access. In addition to a fully furnished 1 bedroom, guests have access to: - the backyard - the pool and sun deck - 1 parking space ONLY. The remaining spaces are for other guests. Additional parking can be had street side (just outside the gates). Other things to note - Each guest after 2 attracts a cost - Early check-in from 7am is USD$40 and from 11am it's USD$25 per room - A complimentary linen change is given for stays more than 7 days. Otherwise, a set of sheets is for US$30 and towels $10 - There are 2 flights of stairs down from the driveway - The pool is cold and jacuzzi isn't operational - Laundry service $20 to wash and $20 to dry per load. Laundry service must be scheduled prior to use and only if the machines are available. - Hot water in shower only - Kindly turn off the fan, a/c, lights and TV when not in use or leaving Thank you! Smart home, ac and some lights may turn off if there is no movement for extended periods House rules must be observed as non-compliance attracts the security deposit.
