Cozy living in the attic with sun terrace

The apartment comprises the entire top floor of an old building in a central location, approx. 3-minute walk from the train station. The cozy living atmosphere on a total of 126 m² and the additional highlight - the garden-side roof terrace - quickly make you forget the missing elevator. Important note regarding sleeping arrangements: 1x double bed 160 x 200 cm 1 double bed 140 x 200 cm 1 x pull-out bed 160 x 200 cm 1 x toddler travel bed (2 emergency beds - no special sleep quality!) The space The whole apartment is very bright - in summer the skylights can be easily darkened by means of electric roller shutters. Other things to note The local tax of €1.60 per person per night is already included in the price. I expressly point out that the building has NO elevator, i.e. 66 steps lead to the attic! Parking in front of the house is subject to a fee, except in the evening from 6 pm to 8 am and at noon from 12 pm to 1:30 pm. On weekends (Saturday from 12 noon, Sunday all day) parking in front of the house is also free.
