The entire home is well appointed with everything you need to relax. Come play in the sun and gather under the stars The space Ventura Hideaway is super comfortable, relaxing and quiet, with thoughtful details throughout. Perfect for a group of friends, romantic getaway, families, (we are kid friendly, and offer so many extras for babies and kids). Longer stays welcome with discounts! There are several areas inside and outside the home for entertaining, playing, soaking up the sun and chilling out. The home has been completely remodeled down to the studs. Everything is new, clean, modern. Furnishings, decor and linens from West Elm, CB2, Crate + Barrel. Premium beds (Casper and Nectar) guarantee a good nights sleep. The kitchen is fully stocked with every cooking gadget and appliance you will ever need. 5 large smart flat screen TVs including the Frame TV in the living room and all bedrooms. Bose sound system. Outdoor built in gas BBQ, bar and stools. Covered outdoor dining and lounge area extend your living space, and provides shade when its hot. For the kiddos (and adults) we have books, games and toys. We welcome families and offer a new crib/pack and play, portable baby bath, activity mat, high chair, baby bouncer with light up sounds and music, baby sheets, blankets, towels, toys. Enjoy full sun all day in the oversized private back yard. Lush grass and native plants dot the landscape. Outdoor play and pool time include a bocci ball court, yoga mats and blocks, badminton, pool floats + toys. Poolside lounge chairs for all guests line the pools edge. The pool also has a bonus tanning deck with submerged Ledge Lounger chairs. This is a great area for tanning and especially fun for families with children who do not want to swim in the main pool area. Pool can be heated for an additional $100 per night. Spa heat included in your nightly rate. We recommend pool heat turned on during the months of September through June 1st. For the months June through August pool heat is not needed. Pool heats to 84 degrees. Spa heats to a max allowed temp of 104 degrees. Pool heat must be requested and paid in full no later than 72 hours prior to your check in. Pool heat will be charged for each night of your stay. We do not offer partial/prorated pool heat. (For example. If your booking is for 4 nights, you will be charged pool heat for 4 nights). The pool is heated the day before your arrival to ensure it is heated to its set point when you check in. For longer term guest stays: On rentals of 28 nights or longer there is no city bed tax, however the renter is responsible for the entire gas, electric and water bills from check in to check out. Meter readings are performed by the utility providers. Gas, electric and water. A utility deposit, which is in addition to the security deposit, will be taken to guarantee payment of the utility charges. Sunshine awaits all day. Once the sun goes down, soak in the hot tub or hang out at the fire pit perfect for smores, storytelling, star gazing and memory making. Welcome and enjoy. Guest access The entire home, front and back yards. Garage is not available for guest parking. Enter through the front door via keyless entry. Other things to note City of Palm Springs Vacation Permit Number 1663. Some rules we take seriously and as a guest you should be aware of: 1. The home is for booked guests only. 2. There is a maximum occupancy of 6 people at all times. No additional guest(s) or friend(s) to stay overnight. 3. No parties. No loud noise/music. No drugs. This is a non smoking property. No smoking inside the home or on the property grounds. 4. No pets are allowed on the property. We do not accept service animals due to owners having health conditions. 5. Parking: driveway parking for 4 vehicles. The garage is not available for guest parking. The City of Palm Springs does not allow street parking. 6. If for any reason we are notified by the City of Palm Springs/ Police about noise disturbance or any disturbances at the home, we have the right to immediatley cancel your stay and have you vacate the premises. Any fines imposed will be paid by guests. 7. There will be no refund or partial refund for any guest that is asked to leave. If you are evicted you will also be charged a $1000 fine payable through Airbnb. 8. If any house rules are broken during a guest stay, you will be asked to leave the property immediately. There will be no refund or partial refund. 9. The home is for vacation purposes only. 10. The home may not be used or featured for commercial use unless authorized by the owners. 11. Please be respectful of our neighbors. 12. For security and safety the home has security cameras. For your privacy there are no cameras located inside the home or the backyard. 3 street facing security cameras. 1 located at the front door. 1 above garage door facing the street. 1 facing the street where trash cans are located. 13. The City of Palm Springs requires all guests to complete paperwork. a) A lease will be emailed to you. This must be completed and signed by the guest and returned prior to your check in day. Guests will not be allowed to check in unless the lease has been signed, returned to the owner (Samantha) and submitted to the City. b) City of Palm Springs document. This document needs to be read and signed by all adult guests upon check in. Our property manager will collect this on the owners behalf at check in. 14. Stay of 28 days + we do require additional screening and separate agreement. Guest will be responsible for all utilities (gas, water, electric) during their stay. 15. Cleaning fee is $250 per guest stay. Additional cleaning fee of $100 for any guest staying longer than 7 days. A guest stay of 28+ days the cleaning fee is $400. 16. Guest stays of 28+ days will be required to pay a Security deposit to cover any possible damages, unpaid utility bills (water, gas, electric, cable/Wifi).
