The space This vacation villa, located in the beautiful area of The Villages is a 3 bedroom 2 bath 1740 square ft home that comfortably sleeps 6. Located in the village of Virginia Trace the house is a 5 minute Drive to Lake Sumter Landing Square, 10 minutes to Spanish Springs Town Square, and 13 minutes to Brownwood Paddock Square. Virginia Trace Villa is golf cart accessible (golf cart not included, but we can recommend rental locations). The primary bedroom features a king sized bed, flat screen smart TV(cable is not included) en suite bathroom with double sinks and a walk in shower, and a walk in closet. The second bedroom features a queen sized bed, flat screen smart TV, and dedicated workspace. The third guest bedroom has two twin beds. The floor plan of the bedrooms allows for privacy with the primary bedroom being on one side of the house and guest rooms and guest bath on the other. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you would need to cook or bake during your stay. The living room features a large, comfortable sectional and smart TV to relax and unwind. The dining room comfortably seats 6 people. The private, fenced in backyard features seperate seating and dining area. Grill provided in private backyard. The Canal Street Pool and Recreation Center is 0.2 miles away and a 5 minute walk.
