It is fully equipped for a comfortable and rewarding stay. Ideal for relaxing and getting out of your routine as it has two balconies and two fully equipped living rooms. In addition to spacious and bright rooms with modern and comfortable beds. This space also has two parking spaces, in a covered building inside the condominium, and you will be safe when parking your cars thanks to the security cameras and the surveillance of the condominium (24\7). For your use and easy access to the condominium, you will have to register the data and license plates of your car(s). Guest access The condominium has excellent access roads, also designed for people with reduced mobility. The parking building has two high-speed elevators. Similarly, the tower where the apartment is located also has two high-speed elevators. You will have access to all the common areas of the condominium. Other things to note The condominium's rules of coexistence must be followed. The rules and conditions established in the Horizontal Property Regulations must also be complied with. Parties or loud noises are not allowed and it is important to make good use of the common areas. The condo has a prime location, about 10 minutes (by car) from Floridablanca's most important shopping centers such as C. C Cañaveral, C. C la Florida and C. C. Parque Caracolí. Likewise, the Fiscal, Fosunab, Carlos Ardía Lule clinics and the international hospital are a few minutes from the condominium. For your enjoyment, you can visit the EL SANTÍSIMO hill, the paragliding park in Ruitoque and at the "Papi quiero piña" stop you will also find transportation to travel to Barichara and San Gil to practice extreme sports. If you go in your own car, the exit to these villages is just 5 minutes from the road. Among the apartment's amenities you can count on a fully equipped kitchen, with granite countertops that should not be hit or cleaned with abrasive products. This includes a stove with oven, coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender, refrigerator and kitchen items. You'll also find a laundry area with a washing machine, clothesline, and laundry sink. You can use the kitchen, cleaning and personal hygiene products. The apartment is very, very, very ventilated, you can perfectly open windows and balcony doors (please raise the blind and open curtains), but you also have extra fans. Only people registered in the reservation are allowed to enter, who will also have to send the information that the host requests for registration in the condominium. Additional guests and/or visitors will not be admitted during your stay. All items and utensils in the apartment are inventoried and in perfect condition. Upon completion of your stay and delivery of the apartment, everything must be left in the same state and condition in which it was received.
