Small dog friendly, child friendly, safe walkable neighborhood. Two Minutes to I-25, 4 minutes to Balloon Fiesta, 45 minutes to Santa Fe, 25 minutes to Zoo and aquarium, 25 minutes to airport. The space "Avion Place" is located on Calle Avion in Albuquerque, NM. Some amenities you will find at "Avion Place" are big, comfortable beds. We like big beds and we cannot lie. Our big, comfortable beds are dressed in crisp white cotton sheets, topped with cotton quilt blankets. The pillows are pretty fluffy too. How many comfortable beds are in "AP"? One King and 2 Queen beds. Each comfy bed is located in a private bedroom, with stylish decor. The two queen bedrooms share a hall bathroom: shower/tub combo. The king bedroom has a private bathroom; with just a shower. The amenities continue in the kitchen. We put plates, bowls, and cups in the cabinets. There are also eating utensils like spoons and forks in the drawer. We were really clever to include plastic plates and cups that are child friendly. Wanna cook? We provide the basics like pots, pans, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Are you traveling and need to do some laundry? We have a washer and dryer for that, soap included. How many dining options should one have? We think 3 options are best. Bar seating in the kitchen, sweet little dining table with 2 chairs and bench seating; pull up the 2 arm chairs in the living room and the table comfortably seats 6! Or dine at the back patio table that also seats 4. In the living room, enjoy a comfy sit on our distinguished leather couch while you laugh and cry at the endless options of Rom Coms. Can I recommend Step Brothers (classic Brom Com) and enjoy the extra space we provided in the living room for activities. We love pets! And for the most part pets are good and sweet. But limiting their size to less than 30lbs is best. House rules exclude big dogs, big cats, and cows. Please review house rules that better explain our pet policy. Thank you. Other things to note Pets are $60 per pet per visit. Service animal stay for free. Please disclose to host you are traveling with a service animal so we can plan our cleaning accordingly.
