If you are looking to enjoy famous ski resorts in winter, unwind in a private hot tub, or to get-away "Summers Inn" is the place for you. Enjoy 2 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds, kitchenette, 1 bath, hot-tub, firepit, grill, pool table, 3rd story observation deck & more amenities! The swim spa pool is now closed for the season and will reopen in Summer 2026. But don’t worry—the hot tub is open all year! The space At Summers Inn, we strive to bring you a place that you feel at home! The walkout basement suite and backyard is for your private. You do have the option to use the 3rd-story observation deck to enjoy the view, relax with a cup of coffee, glass of wine or watch fireworks. Because it’s part of the host’s private area, access must be scheduled in advance to avoid startling the host, Diane. The owner rarely may go on her patios above yours to water potted plants and our landscaper comes on Saturday's during the season to maintain the yard. Hot-Tub open year round! You will be able to get to your suite through the front yard to the back yard gate down the steps to your private patio entrance. Other things to note Please read entire listing! This is a beautiful basement suite with a private entrance. Not an entire home. Early Check in/Late Check out available upon request and availability. The kitchen does not have a full sized oven/stove top or dishwasher. It has a large toaster oven/air fryer, and a 2 burner induction plate. Please know the induction burners cannot both be set to high at the same time due to wattage max for all induction plates on a standard outlet. However, you can have a burner at medium and one on high at the same time as the max wattage. There is a large sink for washing dishes. Baby/Toddler and Kid Friendly! Baby gates for doorways and very large areas indoor and out, safety plug covers provided, door knob covers provided, cabinet locks provided, full size foldable crib, with toddler pillow. If you are staying in the summer and have little kids, please request us to place the bigger pool covers on, as in summer, we may have a light floating cover on for convenience.
