Bay Corner Cottage: A 2-bdr. cottage on the Bay

Welcome to Bay Corner Cottage, a little piece of heaven to relax and rejuvenate. It is located in Stanhope on the corner of Bayshore and Bayview Lane (hence the name). It over looks the Covehead Bay which ensures you always have a beautiful view! Along the bay and beaches is a separate walking/biking trail located right out the front door. Only minutes away from the beautiful PEI beaches, the Stanhope golf course, local restaurants and a 20 minute drive to Charlottetown. The space Myself, Haley, and partner, Lorenzo, along with help from our family completely renovated this little cottage on the bay to become the place it is today. We wanted this space to be something special for others and to reflect our style as creatives. There are touches of creativity throughout the space from the handmade pottery and knit dishcloths made by me, the art and photography done by Lorenzo and lots of other touches. The inside space is very bright and open with lots of cozy places to enjoy your stay. The cottage has 3 heat pumps which provide AC and heat. There is one in each bedroom and one in the main living area which keeps the cottage comfortably cool on the hot PEI summer days. The kitchen has all new stainless steal appliances including a propane range, range hood microwave, fridge and dishwasher. There is also a new LG Washtower washer and dryer. The front porch is the best spot for sipping on coffee while enjoying the beautiful view of the bay. No matter the time of year, the views are always beautiful. The property is surrounded by mature and newly planted trees (thanks hurricane Fiona) which provides lots of privacy. The front yard is wide open to ensure beautiful views of the bay. The outdoor area has annual and perennial plants as well as some vegetable plants which guests are welcome to pick from as they ripen. Registration Details 2203390
