Both the bedroom and living room have access to a balcony. The building has a common entrance, lift access, and is situated on Rua Ivens, behind the Funchal Municipal Garden, close to major city attractions, restaurants, shopping, and cultural sites. Wi-Fi is available throughout. There is no private parking. Area Building located in Rua Ivens, behind the Municipal Garden of Funchal and 1 minute walk from the Municipal Theatre Baltazar Dias. From this building you can get to know and visit on foot the main points of interest of the capital of Madeira Island. It is close to restaurants, shopping centres, bars, museums, the Cathedral of Funchal, Funchal Marina, Santa Catarina Park. In the city centre there is plenty of information about all sorts of activities you can do during your holiday: cultural activities, radical activities, nature related activities... whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island!
