Book amazing days by the Rio Grande in Rifaina. The refuge and beauty in Rifaina is the right place to enjoy with the family! The main house is entirely decorated with a rustic air and direct contact with nature. It has an open kitchen, living room and 4 attached en-suites, with 2 bunk beds in each and air-conditioning. The land has more than 2,800 m², deck by the river. We have 2 paddle boats and 2 kayaks available. The space Amid the nature and the edge of Rio Grande our space has complete leisure as a swimming pool, barbecue area, fully avaranded house, wi-fi and ample lawn. MAXIMUM CAPACITY OF 16 GUESTS, THE VALUES ARE THE SAME FOR SMALLER GROUPS. If you are interested in bringing 2 more guests, an additional fee of R$50.00 per night and per person will be charged. The Rancho has 04 suites with 02 bunk beds in each, we have an additional double mattress on the floor. Our space does not contain large parties, or reservations for groups of young people. So our interest is only in family and business reservations. We have the presence of a housekeeper who lives in a house at the back of the property and stands as support during the entire period of lodging. Guest access Guests will need to provide full details at the time of booking. The space is ideal for corporate immersion, workshops, or simply enjoying with the family. Other things to note - We deliver the space clean and sanitized, check-in is from 8:30 a.m. The space must be returned in conditions similar to those at check-in. - Our team of hosts is available to answer all questions about the space and its features. - The space must be vacated by 8:00 p.m. - Parties with ticket sales, Raves and Pvts are prohibited. The maximum number of guests is 16 people so as not to disturb the peace and quiet of the neighbors. If your reservation exceeds this number, please let us know so we can see the feasibility and additional charges. - Small parties and family events are allowed.
