The space Sleeps 8 with the pull out queen sized sofa bed. Master bedroom has a comfortable, cool king bed. 2nd bedroom has two twin size beds and the 3rd bedroom has a queen sized bed. The pull out sofa bed is located in the “family room” with its own temperature control & ability to close doors for noise barrier & privacy. Every single bedroom plus the family room have smart TV’s. Very comfortable & spacious. Guest access Everything is accessible except 2 locked closets for owner/cleaning supplies Other things to note There is a single nest camera pointed at the driveway. Bring your golf cart or bikes (or rent them!) you can get almost everywhere locally on a golf cart or bikes- even the beach! The backyard is fenced but not secure for smaller dogs. Please be cautious with pets and smaller children. We offer a pack n’ play portable crib for those traveling with infants. High chair is also available upon request.
