Enjoy a quiet room in our new home! You will have the upstairs to yourself, which includes a bedroom with queen bed, a private bathroom, and a loft living area. The loft has a refreshment stand with a Keurig, microwave, and mini fridge. The main level is off-limits. Please do not use the kitchen or laundry. We live on the main floor, with no kids, and are usually pretty quiet. The place is located minutes from I-15 in a quiet neighborhood with walking trails and a view of the mountains. The loft is setup to have everything you need: a keurig, coffee/tea, water, basic cutlery/dishes, a microwave, and a mini fridge. We generally expect to maintain separate living spaces with guests but are happy to run up other amenities as needed. Happy to answer questions if you have any! Air Conditioning We have a zoned air conditioning system. It heats/cools zones one at a time. If the zones are set to temperatures too far apart, it can over stress the system and cause a shut down. Because of that, we have set the air at 75. We have installed a window AC unit that you can use to your heart's content if you want it cooler than 75 :)
