A stylish bedroom with ensuite bathroom in the authentic central Amsterdam neighbourhood "the Jordaan". My apartment is part of a 19th century canal house conveniently located right in front of the airport express bus station. This will be your unique Amsterdam experience staying in the historic centre of the city, just a walk away from the main attractions. Be aware that the building has a steep and narrow staircase, and bringing big and heavy luggage pieces is not advised! The space A private space of about 20 square metres with ensuite bathroom on the 2nd floor at the front side of my apartement. The room has 2 large windows with view over the canal "Lijnbaansgracht". I offer a hotel like experience, but without breakfast and room service. The bedroom features a king size bed (180 x 200) with comfortable matress, extra pillows and good quality bedlinen and towels. Besides there are designer bedside tables, designer lights, smart radiator, open closet, mirror, desk with chair, armchair and ultra HD 4k smart LED TV. As expected like in a good hotel a mini fridge and coffee and tea maker with glasses, capsules, tea bags, sugar and milk are provided as well. The bathroom is equipped with a walk in shower with rainshower, toilet with soft close seat, sink, mirror cabinet, design radiator and floor heating. Besides i provide my guests with a hairdryer, extra glasses, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, hand soap and toilet paper. Guest access The bedroom with ensuite bathroom is for your private use only. I rent out another room with ensuite bathroom (same property, different listing), so you might run into other guests or myself in the staircase, but my apartment has a private entrance on the ground floor. I offer a self check-in process. At least 1 day before your check-in you will receive a personal 6 digit code, generated for your stay only and this code can be used for both the ground floor entrance door as well as your bedroom door. It is a perfect combination of a hotel-like and home-like experience. Be aware that the building has a steep and narrow staircase, and bringing big and heavy luggage pieces is not advised! During your stay I live on the 3rd and 4th floor of the same building just above the room. I have a fulltime job, but work from home on a regular basis. I am available via airbnb chat, and try to answer as soon as possible. Guests are expected to upload the airbnb app on their smartphones to stay in touch with me. I will be sending messages as well. For emergencies it is advised to contact me by mobile phone. Other things to note Allthough the listing says that the check in time is 15h00 somestimes i can offer an early check-in. Checking in later than 15h00 is not a problem as i offer self check-in. Standard check out time is 11h00, but sometimes i can be flexible with this as well. Please reach out to me if you have any requests regarding checking in and out. Besides, allthough i offer a hotel like experience, my apartment is not a hotel. I expect my guests to treat my property as their own, follow the house rules and respect my neighbours, as you are staying in an old house.
