Welcome to Bella Casa! Stylish and private guest house in NE PDX. Designing Bella Casa has been a labor of love for over a year! This space shares thoughtful and tasteful design with each and every guest. This is a detached unit with a private ( but shared) newly revamped back yard space. It’s central, with an easy to access private entrance. Just 8 minutes from the Portland Airport, and we offer free parking. Hope to host you soon! The space Bella Casa: What once was a garage now serves as a private guesthouse for visitors. Vaulted ceiling’s makes for a spacious, yet cozy vibe. Modern finishes throughout. Butcher block counter tops, sliding barn door separates bedroom from common area. Natural light is probably this homes greatest feature. (Light filtering cordless blinds and window film for privacy) Everything in unit is available for use. Guest access Entire Guesthouse. Backyard divided by a fence making it mostly private. Bistro table & chairs outdoors. Xfinity TV, Wi-Fi are available. Drive-way parking (shared w/ host). Park to the left of the orange cone Please notify Host if you need more space for your vehicle. I’m happy to make arrangements for your convenience. Other things to note Extended stays are encouraged to keep place tidy & clean. School is in session, expect before and after school pick-up traffic. 8am & 2:30pm
