Private entrance from large 2nd story deck with grill, umbrella & beautiful furniture for lounging or eating while you enjoy the scenic nature surroundings. The space Beautiful new 2nd floor studio apartment. Space is open with full island seating, as well as a coffee bar. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Window nook seats for reading or relaxing. Swivel glider chairs in front of 58" Smart TV. Another 37" Smart TV on other side of sliding barn door that separates 2 areas, each sleeping (4). Deck entrance overlooks our property that abuts state game lands for nature walks & also adjoins a cul de sac neighborhood for an easy stroll. Across the street is more walking trails. Patio deck has seating, table, umbrella and gas grill for outdoor enjoyment. Guest access We live in the home and will be available. The deck & interior space are for your personal use alone. No parties or pets and no smoking on the property. Other things to note There are pets who live on property. There are 2 large dogs that are exuberant, but friendly. They are let out periodically during the day. An indoor/outdoor cat, also friendly. None of the animals are allowed inside the apartment. We have some chickens, and 2 bunnies, fenced in.
