This stylish room is perfect for professionals, couples or friends visiting the city. The space is thoughtfully arranged with clean kitchenette area in one of the rooms and modern bathroom. Owned by two locals, the space is perfectly positioned for those wishing to experience the vibrant culture of the city, as well as those working locally or remotely. For professionals it is just a 5 min drive from the University/Falmer. Additionally, parking is FREE! The space We also offer mid-week stays for Professionals who are working away from home and are open to longer-term agreements if needed. We have 2 Single/Twin rooms available both located on the top floor with a bathroom between them. Used as en-suite if only one room is booked. YOUR STAY INCLUDES: - High Speed WiFi - 24/7 check-in - Smart TV - Baby and kids toys/equipment upon request! PARKING: On-street parking is FREE. KITCHENETTE: There is a microwave, kettle, glassware, cutlery and crockery. Guests wash up in the bathroom sink - dish drainer and equipment is all provided and easy to use. Guests are welcome to use our washing machine upon request if needed (tablets provided at an additional cost). GARDEN: There is a front a back garden which guests are welcome to use. BATHROOM: A modern bathroom with a powerful shower awaits, just perfect for warming up after a blowy day by the sea or to wake you up before a day's work! TRANSPORT AND COMMUTER LINKS: The bus stop is 1 minute walk away. Brighton Beach/ City Center/ The Laines are all a 20 minute bus journey away. The bus costs £5.50 for an all day pass or you can use your contactless tap and pay. Much cheaper than parking your car! Falmer/ University of Sussex is a 7 min drive away so perfect for professionals. The Air BnB is a short Taxi or Bus ride from Brighton Station, London Victoria, Kings Cross and London Bridge can all be reached in just over an hour. A dedicated workspace is provided in the main room for professional guests. The entrance will be through the shared front door, and up to the second floor. During your stay we will give you total privacy and are happy to help with anything you require (just message us). We are usually out during the week as we both work and our 2 kids are at School/Nursery. We're usually awake around 7am and out the house by 8.30am so it's silent thereafter.
