The main gate will require you to put a pin to open and then once you have entered, put the pin on the side to close it. This is important because the gate will not automatically close! Also important to note because the back house will have to do the same so you may see them coming in but they are asked to respect your space and privacy! Other things to note As stated, there are two homes on the property so there may be people driving past your home to get to the back. They have their own area and are asked to respect your privacy as is asked of you! Since they will require the space in front of their garage to enter/exit, you only have access to your front yard for outside purposes. I understand wanting to travel with your pet so even though pets are allowed, there is a $150 fee for extra cleaning that will be needed.
