Welcome to Funny Farm! The home is located just off of 460/Toms Creek Rd and is less than 2 miles from Virginia Tech. This expansive hill top home sits on 3 acres of land and offers 360 degrees of breathtaking views. Funny Farm has 5 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. There are 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths upstairs and also offers a 1 bedroom 1 bath downstairs apt with full kitchen and living room. The extensive wrap around deck can be accessed from each of the bedrooms. Great for multiple families. The space The space has a sunken game room with two steps down from the dining room and two steps to get to two of the bedrooms. I will be happy to take pictures if you need more clarification.
