Home in Milford

Enjoy this large, peaceful beach home in the center of all Milford has to offer. Tons of natural light throughout this 4 bedroom retreat. Centrally located, you can walk to Gulf Beach in 8 minutes or Downtown in just 20 minutes. There is enough space to comfortably host the entire group. This house has it all. Located on a quiet dead end street with large patio and yard; perfect to relaxing or entertaining. The kitchen is fully stocked and there are plenty of beach accessories for your use. The space The space allows for everyone to gather in large common areas, but also allows you to get some quiet time with plenty of secluded areas as well. The house is large enough that different groups of people can be doing different activities in different parts of the house and be unaffected by each other (Naps, quiet time etc.). None of the bedrooms share a wall. The master has an ensuite bathroom, but each bedroom essentially has it's own bathroom. The outside patios provide a quiet relaxing environments for grilling and/or cocktails. The backyard is fully fenced in. There are a couple spots where small dogs could potentially sneak out. So if you do bring a dog, be sure to walk the perimeter and ensure it is suitable for you and your dog's needs/behavior. Guest access The entire house will be accessible with exception to some locked closets and storage rooms. Other things to note There is a ducted/ductless AC system throughout the entire house. There are no window units and all AC is provided by ductless head units or central air. This system is not pictured in the listing due to timing of photography. All beds have 2 night stand tables with reading lamps (Also not pictured). There is at least 1 inflatable mattress available for guests to use. Located in one of the bedroom closets. There have been a few several since these pictures were taken. The largest being the deck off the back of the house with built in kitchen (now pictured).
